VeriMed AI

Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the scope of VeriMed AI and your responsibilities when using it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Using the service

By using VeriMed AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Medicine screening, public batch lookup, the introduction, policies and contact pages are accessible without an account. Saved history, profile and reporting tools require sign-in.

2. Screening, not medical certification

VeriMed AI screens visible medicine packaging using photo assessment, readable pack details, QR evidence and available safety data. It is not a laboratory test, a regulator, medical advice or a guarantee of authenticity. It cannot verify chemical contents, potency, storage conditions or every counterfeit. A “Passed screening checks” result means the required screening checks passed for the available evidence, not that the medicine is certified genuine or safe for every person.

3. Results and medical decisions

Results are Passed screening checks, Inconclusive or Discrepancy flagged. Poor photos, missing details, inaccessible records or incomplete source coverage may prevent a reliable conclusion. A discrepancy is not automatically proof of counterfeiting. Follow the specific next steps shown, including any expired-pack warning. Consult your pharmacist or doctor before changing prescribed treatment. If you feel unwell after taking medicine, seek medical help immediately; this service and its contact email are not emergency channels.

4. Your account and submitted information

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and submit only photos and information you are entitled to use. Do not alter evidence to obtain a misleading result, upload unrelated sensitive information, misuse another person’s account, attempt to bypass security or use results to make unsupported public accusations. You are responsible for reviewing the readable details and acting on missing-information guidance.

5. Official sources and third-party records

Recall and banned-combination checks depend on the available official data and exact matching rules. No match does not mean every possible safety issue has been ruled out. Manufacturer QR records are supporting evidence, not proof of contents. A recognised pharmacy link does not establish a verified purchase. External sites, including manufacturers, pharmacies and official complaint channels, have their own terms and are outside our control.

6. Private reports

The reporting tool helps you prepare a complaint for the appropriate official channel or manufacturer. VeriMed AI does not file it for you, act as a regulator or make a legal determination about a product. You are responsible for checking the information and deciding whether and where to submit it.

7. Availability and limitations of responsibility

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider limits or technical problems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI extraction or complete safety-source coverage. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a warranty of suitability for medical decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

8. Privacy, changes and contact

Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms and publish the revised date here. For questions, support or concerns, contact Wazed Ali at wazed309@gmail.com.
